I hope everyone had a great holiday! Time to work off those apple pies!! This week is a relatively low-mileage week, so let's try extra hard not to miss a mile. Next Sunday is a tough 7 mile run, so make sure you plan your week appropriately and HYDRATE!! Since we have 3 rest days this week, let's all try to do at least one yoga class before Saturday...deal??
I'm back in Arkansas, but have a few days off this week and next, so I have no excuses! And poor Lisa got swimmers itch from her dedication to swimming this weekend...none of us can feel as bad as her right now!!
