Staying on Track
I am kind of frightened by the fact that I am running 5 days a week. I am usually not dedicated to running for long segments of time. I do a pretty good job training for a 1/2 for 3 months, but training for a full for 6 months is a whole new level for me. Right now, I am staying on track! I have done all of my runs and milage this week. I am getting ready to head down to Orlando for my birthday and see my parents. I am bringing my running shoes!!
