I ran 4 miles today at a pace so slow I just know the stopwatch had to have malfunctioned. The good news – I did it! The bad news – I realized after hours of downloading music to my iPod that I don’t actually like any of it. My saving grace, as embarrassing as it is, was that I had the new Miley Cyrus (aka Hannah Montana) song freshly downloaded! I’m not afraid to admit that I let myself slip into a deep daydream involving my double-life as a regular kid and a rockstar, making up new lyrics to the song I put on repeat...

PS Is it really bad when your sister posts an annonymous reference to your inability to move after a hard workout on her triathlon blog?? "In true Ferguson style, I returned home too tired to do anything but lay face down on the carpet and moan for a few hours. " C'mon, I didn't do that EVERY time!!
ALSO - who decided on the link names for the other blogs? Lisa's gets to be called "The Ferguson Machine" and mine basically says "Jamie Lynn Gets The Runs" --WHAT THE????
