So without even starting a marathon training plan yet (I'm currently training for a triathlon in August, and will beef up the running Sept - Dec) I managed to run 14 miles last week, which is apparently right on track for the marathon in January! What a nice surprise! It's also the biggest mileage week I've had since March when I ran the River Run in Jacksonville =)
I'm not sure if I will be able to fit in a Yoga workout with all of these other activities that triathlons require, but knowing how tight my legs are already, I think I'm going to look into it!
