Too much running

I think this running schedule is too much for me. I did some research and after reading this article, I definitely think I'm trying to get in too many miles. http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,7120,s6-238-244--12021-2-1X2-3,00.html

I'm going to switch plans for less mileage during the week. Hal Higdon has never done me wrong during any of my half marathons, so I'm going to give his plan a shot. My back is a disaster already and my knees and hips aren't much better. I don't want to be ruined before the actual race comes :) I also would like to have some time for other workouts!
