Today's Plan Says "Rest"


I officially love rest days. They make you feel like you can eat ice cream without worries and go to bed early. However, this is not the case when you don't run on the days that actually have miles assigned to them. I did successfully run 2 miles in Arkansas today, on the hills and in the blazing heat. It took 25 minutes, but whatever. It's only week 2. Baby steps.
That makes 2 miles out of an expected 15 for the week. Looks like I need to run 4 miles each day for the next 3 days. Ouch.
